Jenkkien kahdeksan viikkoa (!) kestävä totalitaarinen leiri on minulle tuttu lähinnä Tenavista. Se ei taida hirveästi muistuttaa suomalaisia kesäleirejä, mutta jotain yhteistä niillä silti on. Ainakin dynamiikka vanhojen ja nuorien kakaroiden välillä tuntui tutulta, samoin kuin keinotekoiset, pakotetut rituaalit, fyysisyyden ylistys ja kyvyttömyys kapinaan. (Repelit ei edes lähde leirille.) Meikäläisillä leireillä tosin on tosin myös tyttöjä, mikä johtaa esipuberteetti-iässä nolostuttavaan kiehnäykseen ja ties mihin öisiin kävelyretkiin. Kröhöm.
